What materials do you use?
Our gold jewelry is crafted from 14-carat gold-filled wire. This material has a brass core encased in a thick layer of 14-carat gold, with 5% of each piece made of solid gold. Gold-filled jewelry offers a durable and high-quality alternative to solid gold, making it ideal for everyday wear while being visually indistinguishable from solid gold.
For our silver jewelry, we use sterling silver, also known as 925 silver. This alloy consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper, which makes it stronger and more durable than pure silver—perfect for frequent wear.
All of our materials are hypoallergenic.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
Our fine jewelry is crafted with 0.8mm and 0.9mm solid wire, which is durable but still requires gentle care. To maintain your pieces, we recommend removing your jewelry when sleeping, exercising, or showering. Store them in the original box to prevent damage, and avoid contact with chemicals such as perfume and soap.
For silver jewelry, use a silver polishing cloth to keep it shiny and clean.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 3 business days. Each piece is beautifully packaged, perfect for keeping or gifting.
Shipping usually takes 1-2 days within Belgium and 5 or more days for international deliveries. Shipping costs are €5.
Can I return an item?
Yes, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. We offer repairs, replacements, or refunds, but can only accept returns in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs.

Do you have a physical store?
We do not have a physical store, but you can find us at various designer markets and select retailers (check our agenda). You can also visit us at our atelier in Merchtem by appointment. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
