What materials do you use?
Our golden jewelry is made of 14 carats gold filled wire. This material consists of a brass core encased of a thick layer of 14 carats gold. Each piece is 5% 14 carats gold, giving it a high layer thickness of gold plating that is very durable. Gold filled jewelry is perfect for everyday wear and is visually undistinguishable from solid gold.
For our silver jewerly we use sterling silver or 925 silver wire. This is an alloy of 92.5% silver and 7.5% of copper. Sterling silver is more durable and stronger than pure silver. Wich makes it perfect for frequent wear.
All of our materials are hypoallergenic.
How do I take care of my precious jewelry?
Our fine jewelry is made with 0.8 and 0.9 solid wire. They are of high quality but they still need to be taken care of with respect. To keep them in shape, we advise you to take your earrings off when you go to sleep, during sports and when you take a shower and store them in the box they came in. Try to avoid contact with chemicals like perfume and soap.
Silver jewelry can be cleaned with a silver polishing cloth.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
After your payment, we will send out your order within 3 working days.
Every item will be send in a nice package, for you to keep or to give to a loved one.
It usually takes 1 to 2 days to arrive at a delivery address in Belgium and 5 days or more to an address outside Belgium.
Shipment costs are 5€.
Can I return an item?
We accept returns within 15 days after delivery. We can repair the goods, replace or refund them. We can only accept returns in the original package and in perfect condition. We do not refund shipment costs.

Do you have a store?
We do not have a physical store, only an online store. But you can find us at designer markets (agenda) and at our retailers. You can also visit us at our atelier in Merchtem. Please contact us to make an appointment.
