If you've found a piece of jewelry that you love, simply add it to your cart. To check out, you will need either a PayPal account or a credit card. If you don't have one, please contact us at [email protected] for details on how to make a bank transfer.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After payment is received, we will dispatch your package within 3 working days. Every item is beautifully packaged, making it perfect for keeping or gifting.
Shipping within Belgium typically takes 1-2 business days, and for international orders, it may take 5-15 business days depending on the destination.

Returns & Repairs
Lilo Jewelry is crafted with high-quality, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic materials. If you wish to return your item, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. We offer repairs, replacements, or refunds, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day following the delivery of your product or the conclusion of the service agreement.
